Tongali-E is an entrepreneurship education program for students. Each participating university adopts the Tongali-E platform to design their own courses, covering all things one needs to know about how to launch and grow a business. Course topics include product ideation, business plans, business incorporation, finances, etc.
The annual program starts in the spring of each year with the “Tongali Symposium,” which focuses on entrepreneurial mindset, before Tongali School begins in summer. In Tongali School I and II (both held in summer), students learn how to grow ideas for a business, how to obtain patents and other skills necessary to build a business. They also present their businesses in the “Idea Pitch Contest” as preparation for their journey as an entrepreneur. Tongali School III begins in winter, focusing on hands-on training. Students will have opportunities to participate in the “Train Abroad” program to gain insight into the global startup environment. The program concludes in late winter with the “Business Plan Contest,” a cornerstone event for Tongali’s mission.
