ElemryのCEOであるMika Paalanne氏は、プロジェクトマネジメントやチェンジマネジメントの経験、学歴（経営学修士号、PMP）、様々な業界での幅広い職務経験（ポートフォリオマネジメント、ビジネスマネジメント、ICT、マーケティング、プロダクトマネジメント、R&Dなど）をもたれています。
会社を立ち上げた理由、国際的な顧客を見つける最初のステップ、典型的な課題を克服する方法などのエピソードをご紹介いただきます。

Mika Paalanne, the CEO of Elmery have a great project and change management experience, educational background (MSc in BA, PMP) and wide functional experience (Portfolio Management, Business Management, ICT, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, etc) from various industries. He will share stories, such as why the company was started, the first steps in finding international customers and how to overcome typical challenges.

It was an inspiring talk from Mr. Mika Paalane, who not only is a successful entrepreneur, but also a purpose driven, modest and virtuous person. I was surprised to hear how his team has their purposes in different directions but the purposes itself tied them together. Along with the ten lessons he shared to us, were life lesson mindsets. As he treasures the connection between people, even when choosing clients, asking for help, and giving a hand, I felt that it is an important method of being passionate and at the same time staying grounded and always being responsible to himself. One of my important takeaways from the talk was, to find my own purpose, and to start acting whenever there is an idea, which overall I believe they can be practised now, during our daily lives.
