起業やイノベーションに興味を持つ学生の皆さんを主な対象としたオンラインイベント「Tongaliイノベーターズチャンネル」に、インターナショナルな話題を扱う海外編が登場します。

第1回はインドネシアのNGO団体「IBEKA」に注目し、設立者のトゥリ ムンプニさんをお招きして、事業内容はもちろんのこと、インドネシアのこと、インドネシアでの起業について、農村の経済開発、コロナ渦における変化とその後の展望についてお話しいただきます。
2022年5月～7月に実施するTongaliソーシャルインパクトワークショップでは、インドネシアを題材にする予定です。Tongaliではコロナ禍前の2018年・2019年にインドネシアでの実地研修を行った実績があり、状況が許せば現地での研修実施に繋げたいと考えています。

The Tongali Innovators Channel, an online event mainly for students interested in entrepreneurship and innovation, will now have international edition.

The first session will focus on IBEKA, an Indonesian NGO, with its founder, Turi Mumpuni, as a guest speaker.
During the session, we would like to share about not only her businesses, but also about Indonesia, entrepreneurship in Indonesia, rural economic development, changes and hopes after COVID-19 pandemic.
We are planning to organize social impact workshop focus on Indonesia from May to July. We used to organize on-site workshop at IBEKA before the pandemic, so if the situation gets better, we will plan in this summer.

Tri Mumpuniトゥリ　ムンプニ

おもに再生可能エネルギーの分野で活躍する社会起業家。1992 年、農村地域の電化事業の改善を目的にNGO 団体「IBEKA」を夫のIskandar Kuntoadjiさんと共に設立。小型水力発電プロジェクトを中心にインドネシアの農村地域での経済開発につながる多様なプロジェクトを展開中。2010年、「アジアのノーベル賞」とも呼ばれている「ラモン・マグサイサイ賞（Ramon Magsaysay Award）」の受賞をはじめ、2012 年、英国皇太子から優れた社会起業家を表彰する「Ashden賞」、Global Peace Foundation（米国・アトランタ）から「Global Peace 賞」など多数受賞されている。

Tri Mumpuni is a social entrepreneur, her focus is renewable energy. She founded a non-governmental organization IBEKA in 1992 together with her husband, Iskandar Kuntoadji aims to improve rural electrification. Now IBEKA is devoted to improve the social and economic condition of rural communities by reconnecting local resources to the local community using appropriate technology. She received the Ramon Magsaysay Award, also known as the “Asian Nobel Prize” in 2010. She also received the Prince of Wales Award for Excellence in Social Entrepreneurship, and the Global Peace Award from the Global Peace Foundation (Atlanta, USA) in 2012.
