Tongali博士プログラム Route1では、自分の研究をもとに「事業化」や「社会実装」に挑戦したい大学院生（修士・博士）をサポートします。
まずは、シリコンバレー発の実践型プログラム「リーンローンチパッド」で、研究が「誰のどんな課題を解決できるのか」を明確にし、アイデアをビジネスとして形にする力を身につけます。
さらに、イタリアのCIID※ での研修では、プロトタイピングや事業づくりに挑戦し、研究を社会で通用する「価値」へと育てます。

Is your research just ending with a paper?

Your findings have so much potential to solve social issues and create new values on a global scale.

This Tongali program for Master and PhD Students 2026- Route1 supports graduate students (master’s and doctoral candidates) who want to take on the challenge of “commercialization” or “social implementation” based on their own research. Route1 have mainly two components; Lean Launchpad program in Japan and  CIID※training in Italy. First, through the hands-on “Lean Launchpad” program—originated in Silicon Valley—you’ll clarify exactly “whose problems your research can solve” and develop the skills to shape your ideas into a viable business. Then, during training at CIID※, you’ll take on prototyping and business development, transforming your research into “value” that resonates in society.

募集要項　Application Guidelines

対象　Eligible Applicants

博士プログラムメインページにあるものと同じ。Same as what you can find on the main page Program for Master and PhD Students 2026

  • 各自の専門分野(ディープテック)での事業化をめざしている学生。
  • 東海地区（岐阜県・静岡県・愛知県・三重県）に本部機能を置くの大学の博士前期課程（修士課程）または博士後期課程に在籍している学生。
  • 国内外の研修に参加可能な学生。（チームでの応募も可能、ただし、チームの場合は、１チームあたり２名程度で、チーム員も博士課程の学生で構成されること。）
  • 研修を受講するのに必要な語学力(英語が大半)を有する学生。
  • Students aiming to commercialize in their respective fields of expertise (deep tech).
  • Students enrolled in a master’s program or doctoral program at a university with its headquarters located in the Tokai region (Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, and Mie Prefectures).
  • Students who are able to participate in all training programs. (It is possible to apply with team members, teams should consist of max two master or doctoral program students.)
  • Students possessing the necessary language proficiency to participate in training (the course will be mainly in English).

  • 国内研修 Program in Japan： 　無料（交通費は自己負担）Free (transportation fee have to cover by themselves)
  • 海外研修 Oversea program： 　往復航空券、滞在費、プログラム費用は無料 （海外旅行保険、VISA代等は自己負担）
    Round-trip airfare, accommodation, and program fees are covered (Overseas travel insurance, visa fees, etc. are the participant’s responsibility)

書類審査・面接の二段階で参加者を決定します。Selection will be two-stage process,  document review and an interview.

国内研修（リーンローンチパッド）Program in Japan ( Lean Launchpad )

  • アイデアのプロトタイピングや、インキュベーターでのブラッシュアップ Prototyping and refining business idea at the incubator

※ 派遣前に事前研修（複数回）があります。There will be several preparation sessions before going to Italy.
※ 現地での研修内容は派遣チームに応じて決定します。The detailed of the program will be decided based on the participants idea and stage.
