牧野氏は2005年からベンチャーキャピタルとして経験を積まれ、2015年にMonozukuri venturesを立ち上げられました。
主な焦点は、ハードウェアのスタートアップ企業にプロトタイピングと製造に関するコンサルティング サービスを提供することです。

Sabrina氏は、ブラジルの銀行でマーケティング部門でデータ分析に従事後、B2BおよびB2Cの国際的なプロジェクトを扱う米国の大手代理店に勤務後、米国、日本、フランス、ラテンアメリカ、スカンジナビアの起業家や企業リーダーと共に様々なプロジェクトの立ち上げに参画されました。2015年に株式会社Darma Tech Labs(現Monozukuri Ventures)の第1号社員として参画後、マーケティング部門の立ち上げ、2021年からは投資部門に異動して投資担当や事業開発を担われています。これまでの居住履歴はアメリカ、日本、スイス、ブラジルで数ヶ国語を扱うことが出来、彼女の経歴はスタートアップが多様なタイプのグローバルなステークホルダーと直面しなければならない文化的ギャップを埋めるために役立っています。

Mr. Makino has been working as a VC since 2005 and established Monozukuri ventures in 2015. Their primary focus is to provide consulting services in prototyping and manufacturing to hardware startups.

Ms. Sabrina joined MZV as the first hire and has since focused her expertise in early-stage hardtech startups. With over 15 years of experience in customer-centric businesses, Sabrina has worked closely with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders across the US, Japan, France, Latin America, and Scandinavia. Her diverse background helps bridge the cultural gaps that startups often face when negotiating with global stakeholders. Before joining our team, Sabrina served as a Project Manager at leading US digital agencies Digitas/Razorfish (Publicis Groupe), Pão de Açúcar (Casino Group), and W/McCann Erickson. She managed digital projects for both B2B and B2C global brands, including a business intelligence media dashboard for Brazil’s #2 bank and an e-CRM system for Latin America’s largest retail conglomerate. Before moving to Canada to open MZV’s office in Toronto, Sabrina lived in the US, Japan, Switzerland, and her home country Brazil, bringing her international experience to our team’s work.
